Max Verstappen, the back-to-back Formula 1 World Champion, has landed a major sponsorship deal with the gaming giants EA Sports. This partnership will see Verstappen collaborate with EA Sports to create content across their portfolio, while the company’s branding will be prominently displayed on the chin of his race helmet throughout the 2023 season.

Andrea Hopelain, the Senior Vice President of Brand for EA Sports & Racing, praised Verstappen as a “tenacious competitor and true champion” who shares a deep love of games and play. She added that the company is excited to work with Verstappen to bring fans closer to the sport through their gaming experiences.

Verstappen expressed his excitement about the partnership, stating that EA Sports has always been a big part of his life, whether it’s playing games with friends or staying competitive when he’s away from the track. He is proud to represent the company for the 2023 season.

In recent years, Verstappen has become one of the biggest names in the sport of Formula 1. After winning his first championship in the final race of the 2021 season, he dominated the 2022 season and took the title at the Japanese Grand Prix with four races to spare.

This new partnership between Verstappen and EA Sports will bring the gaming giant’s brand exposure to a new level, while providing Verstappen with another source of income and valuable brand exposure. With the 2023 season on the horizon, fans can expect exciting new content from this collaboration, which will enhance the Formula 1 experience for all.
